Dear Doug, I apologize, these accolades are LONG overdue...but, I wanted to tell you that dealing with you has been a pleasure. When I first embarked on our remodeling job...the choices were mind boggling. When I got to the tub and fixtures....your advice was appreciated. Even more so when the products arrived. You recommended, to me, after asking pertinent questions ....as to what we wanted and who would be using them, along their heights.......the Jetta 10XP. When I researched the competition and checked out the color variety available, along with the pricing....I was blown away. As most people, however, I ordered with a modicum of skepticism. Foolish me....the tub delivered quickly, professionally, safe and sound and was totally awesome!! The contractor, the plumber and my friends were all impressed, and wanted to know where I had found this tub that no one had heard of. It took a longer while than expected to get it installed, heheh...typical of a major remodel The job is finally complete, and came out even better than I had anticipated. My fixtures are top rate in appearance and performance....and I'm sure that contributes to the impact of the overall design. By the way....FYI...I was a little concerned that no heater in this tub might be a problem. Well, Jetta's insulation and design of the motor recirculating the water and warming as they run is ingenious and works wonderfully. I have never missed a heater, the tub remains a perfect temperature, even when I have the luxury of lolling around for a long while. And...finally....your prices! Yes...Wow....you really amazed me, all the way around! Be assured....I will promote you to all who ask, and even to those who don't! Your service, your products, your advice, your performance, your integrity....all TOP NOTCH! Thanks so much.....finding your website and the resulting deal was very fortunate for me.
