Dear Doug and Jane, This letter is long over due. My construction lasted much longer than I expected. I want to tell you what a pleasure it has been dealing with you and your company. You have been friendly and extremely helpful since our first contact. I don't even remember how many phone calls I've made to you, but each time was a giggle and you've always been helpful. My new bath is a lifelong dream come true. And all because Doug took the time to talk me through my choices. That man knows his stuff!
